Eligible candidate should be in a role where they directly shape BD or marketing strategy rather than mainly executing tasks:
A current senior role. For example head of BD, director, senior manager, or equivalent leadership position within a law firm or professional services organisation.
Responsibility for people. Leading a team or having line management responsibility, even if the team is small.
Strategic involvement. Active participation in firmwide or practice group strategy, planning, budgeting, or decision making.
Proven track record. Clear evidence of delivering long term BD or marketing impact, such as shaping programmes, driving growth, or improving key processes.
Influence across the firm. Regular interaction with partners and senior leadership, not only operational work.
Contribution to the wider profession. Speaking engagements, mentoring, committee work, writing, or supporting the development of others.
Commitment to continuous learning. A willingness to share knowledge, learn from peers, and contribute to the Leadership Circle community.
