First of all, we have a combined experience in law firm business development and marketing of nearly 40 years. We have worked for international firms across the globe, including international firms Freshfields, Clyde & Co, Bird & Bird, Ince & Co, as well as independent firms Deterink Attorneys and Notaries (now Taylor Wessing Netherlands), Galadari and Al Tamimi & Company, all with a focus on the EMEA region.

Our experience spans across the full suite of law firm business development and marketing skills, having been in the trenches from the early days of our careers, to managing large teams across multiple office locations; we have seen it all.

Neither of us had anticipated having a successful career in legal, but by coincidence, we ended up where we are now, and frankly, we’re loving it. The love for the sector is something we’re keen on spreading and we appreciate that the market attracts professionals from different industries with no law firm experience.

This is where we come in, to help bridge the gap ensuring that business development and marketing team members come in fully equipped, understanding law firm cultures, the dos and don’ts and the basics of the job. We support these professionals to get fully up to speed very quickly to ensure they are a valuable resource for the firm, and will be successful in their roles for the long term. Continuous learning is key to success so whilst we support the legal industries’ “newbies” we also work with business development and marketing teams who have been around for some time, but simply need a boost.
